Paula is the oil that keeps the engine running at BP Rolls Newport depot! She manages the administration of our business, from answering the telephone to end of month invoicing, and everything in between.
She is the main port of call for our customers. Liaising with our team of vehicle damage assessors, the Director and the customer, keeping them up to speed with their repairs, handling accounts and anything else required, Paula ensures a high level of service at all times.
