Accredited to professional motor trade bodies

BP Rolls Automotive is an authorised MOT examiner, and all of our MOT Testers are fully qualified in accordance with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). To be an MOT Tester, there are strict eligibility rules that must be adhered to and in addition to MOT qualifications, the Tester must also have National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs). Once qualified, they also have to undertake annual training and an assessments.

Trust My Garage is a network of garages who pledge to follow a consumer code of practice, approved by the Consumer Trading Standards Institute, CTSI. All the garages in the network are also members of the Independent Garage Association which is part of the RMI Retail Motor Industry Federation which is one of Britain’s oldest motor trade organisations. In order to uphold this membership we are audited regularly to prove that we are compliant.

We are accredited to the Institute of the Motor Industry. IMI Accreditation provides proof of competence for our automotive abilities using skills and knowledge-based assessments.

BP Rolls Automotive are an RAC approved garage, again we are regularly audited to ensure that we meet the standards required to maintain our approval.

We understand the importance of trust in our industry, so we use CitNOW video technology to give you a ‘real-time’ condition report while your vehicle is in our workshop. Our Technician will advise on any maintenance or repairs required before sharing the link by text or email, helping you to make an informed decision about any recommendations we make.

Our customer centre has been designed to be a welcoming space; a bright, modern reception with a clean and comfortable waiting area, FREE fresh roast bean to cup coffee and FREE wifi are provided, along with a selection of the latest magazines to help pass the time while you wait, there’s even a play table to keep little ones entertained.
