We work closely with the experts at the Thatcham Research Centre, adopting their recommendations and the latest repair methods through the ‘escribe’ portal. Our engineers can quickly build a repair specification using Thatcham’s systems to look up any vehicle make and model, this allows them to specify exact components and repair methods that are tailored to each individual vehicle.

CitNOW Video Technology
We use CitNOW, an award-winning innovative mobile app that enables us to record an appraisal of your vehicle on video and send to you via text or email. At BP Rolls Accident Repair, our vehicle damage assesors use CitNOW to give a tour of your vehicle at the point of doing their initial estimate in order to capture the damage, this is then used for the purpose of creating the estimate, to share with the insurerif need be, and for your own peace of mind. You may even get another video as your vehicle nears to the end of its repair and has been approved by our Quality Control department to let you know it is close to completion. Our drivers also use CitNOW to evidence the vehicle condition when they collect the vehicle from you, this is used for our own records to ensure that any non accident related damaged is recorded at the point of pick up, and to note anything further that you wish to be addressed once the vehicle is with us, such as additional repair work, servicing, MOT or tyres etc.
