They can only repair vehicles to what the insurance company details and have to remain silent with the customer in case they leave the company. Did an excellent job in fixing with the problems with the automatic gearbox in my Civic (which many other garages wouldn't even touch) including dealing with the warranty company and Honda. Also carried out a safety check and sent me a very useful video to show me some problems with the brakes. And you get a nice clean car back at the end! Would recommend.
