Vehicle Mechanic & MOT Tester

Our Andover Service Centre offers vehicle repair & technical support to both private customers using our Service Centre, as well as our Commercial Fleet Customers’. We are currently expanding the team to accommodate demand, increasing both workshop space and technical capability. We are therefore seeking a qualified technician and ( ideally) MOT Tester to join the team to support this expansion.

To carry out vehicle servicing and repairs to all makes and models of light vehicle & LCV ( home shopping vehicles)
To carry out MOT testing – qualification required
To ensure customer satisfaction in the service and repair of vehicles – both private and Commercial.
To employ technical knowledge and skills in all areas of service / repair / fault finding & diagnostics
To identify & report any current / future vehicle faults and servicing requirements whilst working on vehicles.
To ensure all work is thoroughly reviewed and signed off by QC
To ensure that all Health & Safety policies are adhered to, and materials / tools are properly maintained.
To keep work area clean and tidy

You must be a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (body/electrical/mechanical) and able to demonstrate your knowledge and practical skills.
3 years qualified experience in Vehicle mechanical repair & servicing
It would be a significant advantage if you are already a qualified MOT tester
Knowledge of and interest in EV also an advantage
Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude are essential.

Very good performance bonus in addition to salary - OTE £47k-55k
