Our Home Shopping Fleet repair and maintenance division is recruiting for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join our Mobile Technician Customer Support team, attending vehicle repairs & maintenance across the above areas.
Our Mobile Customer Support team provides on-site maintenance and servicing for Home Shopping ( Supermarkets) clients with larger fleets and LCV’s. We are committed to minimise VOR (vehicle off road) and reduce downtime.
You will be servicing and repairing a variety of Class 7 Light Commercial vehicles, some with refrigerated components.
You will be provided with a fully fitted support BP Rolls Service vehicle.
Requirements:
- You must be a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician (body/electrical/mechanical) and able to demonstrate your knowledge and practical skills.
- Ideally with 3 years of experience, although specific training will be provided.
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Professional & skilled workmanship with the ability to problem solve independently & efficiently.
- Clean driving licence, no driving convictions considered.
- This is a customer facing role therefore experienced Customer service skills are needed along with the ability to problem solve to seek resolution on occasion.
Our Mobile Technicians Liaise closely with our in house 24-hour operations team based in Andover, as well as our Nationally located Depots for support and administrative elements of the role.
These are permanent, full-time positions.
