Due to continued growth of the business, BP Rolls Automotive are looking for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join our workshop team. We are looking for people who share our passion for cars.

THE ROLE
As a BP Rolls Automotive Technician, you will carry out all aspects of light vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs with the highest level of quality and efficiency. We want people who share our passion for cars. You will be expected to take pride in your workmanship, treating the maintenance and reliability of our customer cars as if they were your own.

ABOUT YOU
This is a middleweight role so you should have a solid mechanical background with at least 3 years experience in a commercial environment. You will be expected to reach and exceed efficiency targets, with the ability to perform under pressure during busy periods. You will need communication skills and the willingness to be customer facing when required. A valid driving licence is essential, with no more than 9 points (you will be subject to licence checks).

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent time served experience.

OFFER PACKAGE
We offer a competitive salary based on experience and a weekly bonus based on hours sold.
Working a 45-hour week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with alternate Saturday mornings.
OTE £32,000
