Due to continued growth of the business, BP Rolls Automotive are looking for experienced Vehicle Technicians to join our workshop team. We are looking for people who share our passion for cars.

At BP Rolls Automotive, our aim is to deliver the best in everything we do. Our service and MOT centre is second to none in the area; we provide a main dealer level of workmanship and customer experience, with a friendly, local garage feel.

As part of the larger BP Rolls Group, we have over 50 years heritage in the motor trade, and are affiliated to a number of professional bodies. As a family run business, we value all our employees and appreciate that everyone in our business plays their part delivering high quality workmanship and bringing that all important customer experience to life.

As a BP Rolls Automotive Technician, you will carry out all aspects of light vehicle maintenance, servicing and repairs with the highest level of quality and efficiency. You will be expected to take pride in your workmanship, treating the maintenance and reliability of our customer cars as if they were your own.

We are looking for an experienced Technician with a solid mechanical background. Motivated to reach and exceed efficiency targets, you must be able to perform under pressure during busy periods. You will have a good standard of communication skills and the willingness to be customer facing when required. You will need a valid driving licence with no more than 9 points (you will be subject to licence checks).

The ideal candidate will possess NVQ Level 3 or equivalent time served experience.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience, and a weekly bonus based on hours sold. Working a 45-hour week, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with alternate Saturday mornings.
