Andy Spooner is the second Mobile Technician to join the BP Rolls Automotive customer support team as the business expands its fleet maintenance offering.
Andy has been working ‘on the road’ for his whole career, starting out as an AA Patrolman, a position he proudly held for 10 years. He went on to specialise in supporting commercial vehicles, and worked for the likes of Pullman Fleet Services and Fraikin before joining BP Rolls.
As a Mobile Technician for BP Rolls, while being based out of the MOT and Service Centre in Andover, Andy supports commercial customers in depot and on the road, across the South East of Hampshire and West Sussex, covering an area that includes Southampton, Fareham, Portsmouth, Petersfield and Chichester.
Our customer support vans are fully equipped with everything needed to carry out the regular maintenance of our client fleet vehicles, including service
packs and spares, while our Technicians have the advantage of having technology at their fingertips with Smartphones and iPads to keep in touch with the office
and mobile diagnostics as well as the CitNOW video app, for visual fault reporting.
