BP Rolls NEW MOT Test Centre in Andover Passes DVSA Audit

BP Rolls Automotive MOT and Service Centre has recently passed an audit conducted by the DVSA, with flying colours.
The Andover based MOT test centre is located on West Portway Industrial Estate in the brand new BP Rolls building, the fifth in a row owned by the business. As well as being home to the company’s main reception accommodating the customer service desk and waiting area as well as the MOT and service workshop.
Light, bright and modern, this is not your typical independent garage; there is a clean and comfortable seating area with a full complement of magazines, free WiFi, and a drinks station serving freshly ground, ethically sourced and locally roasted coffee with our compliments.
Family friendly - we are pleased to provide baby change facilities and a toy box to keep little ones entertained while you wait.
We welcome customers with additional needs with a designated disabled parking bay, entrance ramp and wheelchair accessible toilet. Our polite and friendly staff are on hand to help you in any way they can. Find out more about our accessibility here.
Our two MOT testing bays have been audited and approved by the DVSA, to conduct MOT test on vehicles up to Class 7. We have a team of four qualified MOT Testers who are all time-served Vehicle Technicians trained to NVQ standard. As part of their certification, all Technicians must undergo annual training and an exam in order to maintain their status as an authorized Tester.
Your MOT Test will be conducted while you wait, and generally takes around 60 minutes to complete. You are able to view the MOT Test taking place via video link displayed on a screen in our customer waiting area.
For complete transparency, should your vehicle fail the MOT test or if any advisories are noted, then once we have completed it we will share the issues with you by using CitNOW, our innovative video sharing app. This gives you the opportunity to see exactly what the Technician see while your car is on the ramp, and make an informed decision with regard to any repairs. We are the ONLY garage in Andover using this software!
