BP Rolls Group appoint Paul Thomas as Director of Newport

BP Rolls is delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Thomas as Director of the BP Rolls Newport Depot.
Paul Thomas has worked for BP Rolls for a number of years throughout his career as a Paint Sprayer. After a brief sabbatical, he returned in 2010 taking the position of Paint Shop Foreman. His team leadership skills shone through and in 2013 he was promoted to Workshop Manager, taking on more responsibility and proving himself as management material. Paul took over as General Manager in 2015. The depot had been underperforming and he was immediately tasked with restructuring and improving working processes. With a new team in place and some clear objectives, over the last three years, Paul has taken Newport from strength to strength, growing existing accounts and bringing in a substantial amount of new business.
Paul explains the importance of customer satisfaction at BP Rolls:

The latest equipment, technology and staff development play their part, but ultimately communication and our ability to keep the customer informed every step of the way, while ensuring minimum down time is paramount to keep them coming back to us time and again.”
As Director, Paul will have top-level control of the business strategy for BP Rolls Newport. Working closely with the Directors at the headquarters in Andover, Hampshire, and with support from the Group Sales Manager Sam Frost and Marketing Manager Louise Ellison, Paul plans to continue building on the sturdy foundations that have been laid and sustain the fantastic reputation BP Rolls has in the commercial accident repair industry.
