Andover MOT and Service Centre relocate to bigger premises

After months of renovations, we have opened the doors on our new premises! Located just a stone's throw away from our previous location in Hopkinson Way on the West Portway Industrial Estate, the new 'unit 5' is a bigger and better spare giving us the facilities and room to continue expanding our Automotive servicing and MOT business.
Our Automotive team have moved in and are busy settling in to their new surroundings and the front desk team for Accident Repair will join them within the next couple of weeks, making Unit 5 our new ‘Main Reception’ and the first port of call for all customers visiting our Andover HQ.
Downstairs there is a spacious, bright and modern reception and customer waiting area and upstairs we have some offices for our sales and marketing departments along with a new conference suite, which is set to be an impressive space. The workshop is split into two sections, with car servicing and MOT testing to the front, and fleet work at the rear where we have new ramps to accommodate the larger long wheelbase vans and light commercial vehicles. A new wash bay complete with water recycling will be installed this month.
The addition of unit 5 not only future-proofs the company for continued growth, but it also represents our commitment to the local area; so many industrial units on the estate have been left to rack and ruin, which can negatively impact the local economy, we hope that improving the visual appearance of BP Rolls will have a positive effect, whilst also improving our overall customer experience.
Customers can enjoy the stylish, relaxed surroundings while they wait, with comfy sofas, free fresh ground coffee, magazines and wifi. There’s even a toybox to keep little ones entertained! Our customer toilets are immaculately clean, stocked with luxury soaps and equipped with baby changing facilities, and we also have an accessible toilet for anyone who may need it.
