BP Rolls operates two state-of-the-art commercial vehicle repair centres and our fully qualified engineers and technicians can deal with commercial vehicles and trailers of any size, drawing on many years of experience from within their team, there is rarely anything that they can’t repair. Our headquarters are in Andover, Hampshire, and we have a full commercial bodyshop facilities in Andover and a second facility strategically positioned in Newport, Wales. We handle jobs of all sizes from small, low impact cosmetic repairs to severe road traffic accident re-building work. We can even replace your livery graphics during the repair.

Chassis & wheel alignment

Equipped with JOSAM cab, chassis and wheel alignment jigs, our workshops are fitted to straighten severely damaged vehicles, bringing them back to a fully operational pre-accident condition.

Paint shop

The BP Rolls Commercial paint shop is a purpose built unit designed to deal with the preparation and painting requirements of commercial vehicles of all sizes, regardless of age. Equipped with four commercial sized spray booths and a specialist shotblasting bay, it is one of the largest set-ups in the region catering for customers across the south of the UK. Time and time again our customers return to us, because they know that we deliver consistently excellent results.

Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Bodyshop Repairs

We have level 4 IMI trained staff for work related to accident repair of hybrid and electric commercial vehicles. We are also an approved SIAC Maxus Dealership.
