Meet Charlie. He has been an apprentice with us for 18 months and is part way through his Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair with Andover College. Being an apprentice with us has given him the opportunity to work on a huge variety of vehicles that he wouldn’t have had in the usual classroom/workshop environment, meaning he already has a wealth of amazing hands on technical experience.
BP Rolls believe that apprentices and trainees are the lifeblood of the motor trade, and we take pride in bringing them in and sharing the knowledge and expertise we learnt over the last 50 years in the business. We are currently in the planning stages of organizing an Apprenticeships Open Day at our Andover headquarters on West Portway Industrial Estate, where anyone interested in starting an apprenticeship can come along, watch some demonstrations and have a go while finding out about the opportunities we have to offer.
