Non-Fault Accidents

If you have an accident and you are not at fault, you are not obligated to make a claim through your insurance company, and if the fault lies with another road user then you are at liberty to claim on their insurance. BP Rolls Accident Repair has a dedicated Customer Service Team who work hard to ensure that the claim process is as smooth as possible and your car is given the best quality repair possible. We will arrange an estimate for your vehicle and submit the details to the third-party insurance holders. We can also can arrange for you to drive a hire car or courtesy vehicle while your car is undergoing repairs. All costs are usually claimed back from the insurance company of the driver who was at fault in the accident.
