As General Manager of the Accident Repair and Commercial Body Shops at our Andover HQ, James is an expert in coordinating workflow and allocating jobs.
Our damage assessors and our Customer Service team all report to him, so he knows everything there is to know about our customer vehicles and at what stage they are in our system. James deals directly with our commercial clients and work providers in the Insurance Sector, negotiating contracts and ensuring that KPI’s are met, not to mention work completely on time and within allocated budgets.
