Experienced Paint Sprayers required to join the team at our market leading Commercial Vehicle Repair Centre in Newport, Wales.

In order to meet the demands of new contracts, we are expanding our team and currently looking to hire an experienced Paint Sprayers for our busy workshop.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will be spraying a variety of different vehicles.
If you can combine efficiency, speed, and high-quality workmanship with a pride in your work and would like the opportunity to work on the fleets of some of the biggest brands in the country then this is the place for you! We have a constant flow of LCV and HGV vehicles going through the workshop so the ideal candidate must be able to work quickly and effectively to hit targets, but most importantly, be able to produce work to an excellent standard.

About you

You will need to have served either a recognised apprenticeship and gained a technical qualification, with at least 3 years experience of working as a Paint Sprayer.
A commercial background would be advantageous, but we also welcome applications from skilled car sprayers looking for a change in direction.
You must be a strong team player but have the confidence to work on your own initiative too. You will work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound, up-to-date technical knowledge. You must be able to cover all areas of the painting process, refinishing vehicles to manufacturer specifications, using specialists paints.

Benefits

Salary is dependent on experience, with a very generous incentivised bonus structure creating on-target earnings in excess of £40,000 per annum.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8:00am-4.30pm with a half hour lunch. Occasional Saturdays are not mandatory at present however they might be required in the future subject to business demand so you will need to have a flexible approach to this. Overtime subject to availability paid at the standard rate. 20 days annual holiday plus the bank holidays.

Full in-house and manufacturer-approved training provided.
