An opportunity has arisen to join our busy Commercial Repair Centre based in Newport, Wales

THE ROLE
The Office Junior will support our busy estimating and admin staff with general admin tasks such as filing, reception duty, answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries. It will also involve some basic invoicing and purchasing. You will be working alongside our Office Administrator who has had 20 years in the role, giving you full training on all our internal systems.

ABOUT YOU
You may be a school leaver or student looking for your first job. Previous experience is not necessary as full training will be provided, however IT Literacy is a must as you will be using our electronic system on a daily basis. You will be enthusiastic and willing to learn, with a customer focus and teamwork mentality.

THE PACKAGE
You will be required to work 8am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.  You will receive 20 days annual holiday plus the bank holidays. Full in-house training will be provided. Free parking on site.
