An opportunity has arisen to join us on a temporary contract to cover maternity leave, at our busy Accident Repair Centre based in Andover, Hampshire.

THE ROLE
As part of a team of Customer Service Advisors in our main reception, you will essentially be the face of our Accident Repair Centre. You will be liaising with customers, both face to face and by telephone, responsible for booking cars in for repair. A key aspect of the role is to prepare both paper and digital files as necessary. Using our in-house electronic system you will be required to provide vehicle progress reports when requested by the customer, with full training provided. You will arrange and allocate courtesy cars for customers and on completion of the job, collect payment from the customer, paying particular attention to banking/ security arrangements and the payment of excesses on certain insurance policies. The most important part of your job is to ensure customer satisfaction. It will be your job to liaise between the customer, the bodyshop and any 3rd parties to ensure each and every customer has a first class service.

ABOUT YOU
A professional appearance, you must have a customer focus and teamwork mentality. IT Literacy is a must as you will be using our electronic system on a daily basis. Problem solving skills would be advantageous as you will need to think on the go, understanding when to escalate problems, as would the ability to identify and maximise retail sales opportunities. You will have experience working in fast paced role, ideally within the automotive industry, be that dealership, accident repair, or sales. THE PACKAGE We are offering a competitive salary. You will be required to work 8am-5pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays. You will receive 20 days annual holiday plus the bank holidays. Full in-house training will be provided. Free parking on site.
