Due to the continued growth of the business, BP Rolls are looking for experienced Panel Beaters to join our workshop team based in Newport, Wales.

In order to meet the demands of new contracts, we are expanding our team and currently looking to hire an experienced Panel Beater for our busy workshop.

We have a constant flow of commercial vehicles going through the workshop so the ideal candidate must be able to work quickly and effectively to hit targets, but most importantly, be able to produce work to an excellent standard.
You will need to have served either a recognised apprenticeship as a Panel Beater and gained a technical qualification or be time served in your experience if not formally qualified, with at least 3 years under your belt. You must have previous experience of working as a Panel Beater in a busy and professional workshop and be a strong team player. You will work to a high standard and demonstrate a sound, up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years experience in a similar workshop environment.
We are offering a starting basic salary of £10.50 per hour with a very generous incentivised bonus structure creating an on-target earnings in excess of £40,000 per annum.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8:00am-4.30pm with a half hour lunch. Occasional Saturdays are not mandatory at present however they might be required in the future subject to business demand so you will need to have a flexible approach to this. Overtime subject to availability paid at the standard rate. 20 days annual holiday plus the bank holidays.
Full in-house and manufacturer-approved training provided.
