Rolls are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team based in Andover, Hampshire.

THE COMPANY
At BP Rolls, our aim is to deliver the best in everything we do. We are a market leading Vehicle Repair Centre in Andover with over 50 years heritage in the motor trade. Due to internal restructure, we are recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team.

THE ROLE
The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for input of purchase invoices onto the ledger, scanning, statement accruals, bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactional data is completed on a daily basis and any other ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager

ABOUT YOU
We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience working in a busy office environment, however training will be given. You must be well organised and display a strong attention to detail, good communication skills and a confident telephone manner. A positive demeanour and sense of humour will be advantageous.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience working in a finance team or as a bookkeeper with knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.

THE PACKAGE
Rate of pay dependant on experience. BP Rolls provides a friendly and relaxed working environment with free on-site car parking. You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a half hour lunch. 20 days annual holiday plus the bank holidays.
