At BP Rolls we appreciate the value of good customer service, therefore after a review of customers’ expectations throughout the repair industry an overwhelming trend became clear. Customers felt ill-informed about the current status of their vehicles repair and lacked an accurate completion date.

As a professional organisation, BP Rolls looked at the results and decided to create a customer liaison team to provide the information required and developed software to ensure we could accurately track each stage of an individual repair.
